The
Vizsla is
also called the Hungarian Pointer. At the end of World War I, the
Vizsla
was all but extinct. The importation of the breed into the United
States began in the 1950s. The breed was admitted into the American
Kennel Club in 1960.
The CVC 2011 Winter Hunt Tests are scheduled for December 10 and 11, 2011 at the Shady Grove Preserve,
11986 County Road 655, Remington, VA 22734-9421. The premiums and running orders for the

The CVC Christmas Party and Annual Membership Meeting will
be held in the Shady Grove clubhouse on Saturday, December 10, 2011
following the conclusion of the Saturday hunt test.
