to its Annual Holiday Party & Pop Up training!
When: Sunday, December 16, 2018
Time: 3 pm - 6:30 pm
Where: Wholistic Hound Academy - 18 Roth St. Alexandria VA 22314
Details: Wholistic Hound Academy has graciously offered to host our holiday event and offered to provide a free training session. Sandy Modell, Owner at Wholistic Hound Academy, and her staff will provide a fun training session for you and your Vizsla that will include focus and attention, nose games, and introduction to canine fitness and conditioning.
Schedule:
3 - 3:30 pm: Social time to introduce you and your Vizsla to the environment
3:30 - 4:30 pm: Pop up training session with Wholistic Hound
4:30 - 5:00 pm: Rescue raffle silent auction and dinner prep
5pm - 6:30 pm: Pot Luck Dinner, Social and membership meeting
RSVP people and dogs by Monday December 10, 2018.
Please bring a dish for five to share using the following recommendation:
A-D: Appetizer/Bread
E-H: Salad
I-M: Dessert
N-Q: Casserole
R-Z: Vegetable Dish
CVC will provide the meat and sodas!
*One person per leashed dog while training. You are welcome to bring another dog and swap them out as long as you can safely crate a dog while we train one at a time. Bring a bag with lots of small soft training treats.
*Please bring a collapsible chair
*The facilities have a microwave and refrigerator, but no stove. Please prepare for your food item to be chilled or kept warm while we train. There are plenty of electrical outlets for crockpots or similar heating.
